We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in their assigned territory or market segment.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Identify new business opportunities and target accounts to drive revenue growth.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure. Qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and overcome objections to win new business.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the market. Use insights to develop targeted sales strategies and differentiate our products or services.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets. Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales efforts with overall company goals. Provide feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and marketing campaigns.

Customer Education and Training: Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value proposition. Arrange product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to empower customers to make informed purchasing decisions.

Sales Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to junior members of the sales team. Lead by example, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with clients to secure new business opportunities, contracts, and partnerships. Overcome objections, address concerns, and finalize agreements to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5 years of proven sales experience in acquiring banks or NBFC's.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Bangalore

Candidates should have a valid passport at the time of on-boarding. He / She should be ready to travel to client locations as per project requirements.
